It is <br /> presently zoned C-I. and I have applied to have one of the lots <br /> rezoned to 0-2 in order to accommodate a miniwwarehouae business <br /> that wishes to purchase that lot for development. (application no. <br /> 6035) <br /> 3. My applications to the Town of Vienna and to the Village <br /> of DeForest for the change have both been approved. <br /> 4. At the last public hearing on August• 9, 1994 a gentleman <br /> named Gary Gotzion appeared and provided . a. position statement <br /> opposing the proposed rezoning. The statement contained nine <br /> signatures; those of 4 married couples and one single individual. <br /> 5. So that the rezoning committee has a Clear understanding, <br /> I wanted to inform you that none of. these- individuals own property <br /> in EVANS SUBDIVISION. Further, none of them have any pending <br /> contracts to purchase any property in EVANS SUBDIVISION. <br /> 6. Other than the party who wishes_ to run the mini- <br /> warehouse business, there is only one other party who has a pending <br />
