W19. 63532
•
August 12, 1994
Mr. & Mrs. Francis Nordness
•
Mr. & Mrs Gary Gotzien
Mr. & Mrs Ross Dougherty
Mr. & Mrs. James Dougherty
Re: Zoning Change request 6035
Dear Sirs:
The Town recently became aware that you have objections or
concerns about Zoning request # 6035 which would change zoning
from C-1 to C-2 to allow construction of Mini-warehouses in
the Evans commercial plat.
We regret that those concerns were not expressed to us prior
to Town Planning Committee and Town Board approval. I have
enclosed copies of our communications with Dane County on those
questions.
Our review of the request indicates that your concerns were
addressed and those questions answered at our hearing prior
to our recommendation on August 1st of this year. The Town
supported a recent zoning change which required mini-warehouses
to secure C-2 zoning. Previous to that recent change the existing
C-1 zoning would have allowed that type construction without
our opportunity to address the questions and concerns you sought
answers to at that hearing. The subdivision covenent requires
the same type construction materials and aierances for that
use as anyother ( stone faceed buildings ect) , it also addresses
outside storage, screening, landscapeing, drives, ect. Agreements
must be signed to honor the covenents and a site plan approved
prior to building permits issued for actual construction.
You are most welcome to review the covenents for that plat and
seek other answers you may request at the Town office prior
to final action by the Dane County Board. Thank you.
Sincerely,
69T-7
Robert Pulvermacher
Vienna Town Clerk
7.
