ITEM NO: 33. <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6037 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Sun Prairie and Burke <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Sun Prairie and Burke be <br /> amended to include in the R-1 Residential and A-2 Agriculture <br /> District/s the following described land: <br /> Pet. #6037: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 30, Town of Sun Prairie and part <br /> of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 25, Town of Burke described as <br /> follows: TO R-1: Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 25, Town of <br /> Burke, described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of <br /> said Section 25; thence North along the East line of 1/4 1/4, 745 <br /> feet to the point of beginning; thence S 70° West, 43 feet; thence <br /> N 20° West aong the center line of Thorson Road, 520 feet; thence <br /> N 27° West along the center line of Thorson Road, 160 feet; thence <br /> East along the North line of said 1/4 1/4, 300 feet; thence South <br /> along the East line of said 1/4 1/4, 586 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. Also, Part of SW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 30, Town of Sun <br /> Prairie described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner <br /> of said Section 30; thence North along the West line of said 1/4 <br /> 1/4, 745 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue North <br /> along the West Line of said 1/4 1/4, 586 feet; thence S 20° East, <br /> 580 feet; thence S 70° West 210 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 <br /> (3) (a) 2. (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds.
