ITEM NO: 33. DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6037 Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Sun Prairie and Burke The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Sun Prairie and Burke be amended to include in the R-1 Residential and A-2 Agriculture District/s the following described land: Pet. #6037: Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 30, Town of Sun Prairie and part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 25, Town of Burke described as follows: TO R-1: Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 25, Town of Burke, described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 25; thence North along the East line of 1/4 1/4, 745 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 70° West, 43 feet; thence N 20° West aong the center line of Thorson Road, 520 feet; thence N 27° West along the center line of Thorson Road, 160 feet; thence East along the North line of said 1/4 1/4, 300 feet; thence South along the East line of said 1/4 1/4, 586 feet to the point of beginning. Also, Part of SW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 30, Town of Sun Prairie described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 30; thence North along the West line of said 1/4 1/4, 745 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue North along the West Line of said 1/4 1/4, 586 feet; thence S 20° East, 580 feet; thence S 70° West 210 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3) (a) 2. (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. TO A-2: Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 30, Town of Sun Prairie described as follows: Beginning at the SW 1/4 of Section 30; thence North along the West line of said 1/4 1/4, 745 feet; thence N 70° East, 210 feet; thence N 20° West, 580 feet to the Northwest corner of said 1/4 1/4, thence East along thee North line of said 1/4 1/4, 964. 6 feet; thence South, along the East line of said 1/4 1/4, 1321.5 feet; thence West along the South line of said 1/4 1/4, 914. 1 feet to the point of ginning.
