L / <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6039 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Berry <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br /> That restriction #1. (b) of Document #2576349 recorded in Volume <br /> #26604P Dane County Register of Deeds office, be deleted. Said <br /> restriction pertains to the limitation of the number of vehicles <br /> which may be parked or stored on the property and was imposed <br /> pursuant to Ordinance Amendment #5395 . <br /> Property location: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 10, Town of Berry described as <br /> follows: Lot #1, CSM 7368 found in Volume 38 , Page 3 and 4 of <br /> Certified Survey Maps Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is in effect on this property pursuant to <br /> Section 10. 255 (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. <br /> In order to effectively delete the deed restriction from the public <br /> records in the Register of Deeds office, a corrective document must <br /> be recorded. The document may be either one which specifies the <br /> deletion, or an amended restrictive covenant document.
