The Limited Family Business is limited to general welding <br /> and metal fabrication activities operated solely by David <br /> Grinde and located on 1994 tax parcel # 34-0910-092-8600-9 . <br /> 2 . The business is limited to a single building not to exceed <br /> 40 x 80 feet . <br /> 3 . No overnight outdoor storage of any vehicles , machinery, <br /> mobile equipment, or materials is permitted. <br /> 4. Exterior lighting is limited to a typical yard light or <br /> lights in agricultural areas . No flood or exterior work <br /> lights are permitted. <br /> 5 . Hours of operation are limited to 6 : 00 a.m. to 8: 00 p.m. <br /> This action was taken after the Board concluded debate and <br /> adopted a policy regarding review of home occupations . The <br /> proposed activities are not in-appropriate (w/conditions ) at this <br /> location and the Town' s development policy calls for all non- <br />
