CA05-1(2), Parcel 76 <br /> Madison - North County Line <br /> USH 51 - Dane County <br /> We have reviewed the re-zone request of David Grinde and offer the following comments. <br /> USH 51 is an access controlled highway under Stat. 84.25. The parcel of land of which Mr. <br /> Grinde's lands are a part has approximately 2,000 foot of frontage onto USH 51 and is <br /> allowed two private driveways (PD's) under CA05-1(2). It is doubtful that WisDOT would <br /> grant any additional PD's. Therefore, any subdivision of land should take into account the <br /> existing access location and the fact that no new access will be granted to USH 51. <br /> Thomas E.
