Haessler Proposed rezone and land division: Motion and second that the <br /> Town of Verona recommend that Dane County approve Zoning Petition //6041 <br /> and CSM //5527 for the following reasons: <br /> ( 1 ) This 32-acre parcel in the Ag-Excl. district has been a non-conforming use <br /> for many years; no agricultural use has occurred since 1963 and the land <br /> has never been suitable for productive farming; <br /> (2 ) There are several non-farm residences on similar parcels in the vicinity of <br /> this property and percolation tests indicate that mound systems can serve <br /> these lots; <br /> (3) The town does not anticipate any problems or conflicts between this proposed <br /> non-farm use and town lands that are in productive agricultural use; <br /> (4 ) It is also unlikely that any unusual service problems (fire, EMS, traffic, <br /> etc. ) will be created by this land division. <br />
