This proposed lot division is in an agricultural preservation area of the Town of <br /> Cross Plains. The proposal is to create three lots from two lots. Two houses currently exist. <br /> The relevant town/county policy is: "Lands in the agriculture district should not be rezoned for non- <br /> farm residential development at an overall density of greater than one dwelling per 35 acres owned <br /> as of the date of adoption of this plan." <br /> These lots existed at the time of plan adoption,. and the plan makes no provision for additional <br /> divisions. If additional development is desired at this location, the plan should be amended rather <br /> than ignoring adopted plan policies. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (septic, etc.) <br /> DANE COUNTY HIGHWAY <br /> No objections.
