DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6043 Page 1 of 2 Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Medina The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Medina be amended to include in the RH-3 and RH-4 Rural Homes Districts the following described land: TO RH-3: Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 8 and part of the W 1/2 NW 1/4 Section 9, Town of Medina described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 9; thence South 1338. 14 feet, thence N 62° 58 ' 20" East 307.40 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 28° 01 ' 20" West 704.50 feet, thence S 29° 42 ' 20" West 450. 80 feet; thence S 47° 29 ' 20" West 595.72 feet; thence S 08° 03 ' 10" East 94.75 feet; thence N 81° 56 ' 50" East 66. 00 feet along the centerline of STH 19, thence N 08° 03 ' 10" West 60. 00 feet, thence N 47° 29 ' 20" East 571. 30 feet; thence N 29° 42 ' 20" East 462. 10 feet; thence N 28° 01' 20" East 799.90 feet, thence S 62° 58 ' 20" West 115. 17 feet to the point of beginning.
