Description of Land to be Rezoned <br /> Part of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 31, Town 6 North, Range 10 <br /> East, Town of Dunn commencing at the intersection of the Rutland-Dunn Town Line <br /> Road and the east boundary line of the Northwest 1/4; thence westerly along the <br /> centerline of Rutland-Dunn Town Line Road 400.0 feet; thence northerly parallel to the <br /> east boundary line of the Northwest 1/4 544.5 feet; thence easterly parallel to the <br /> Rutland-Dunn Town Line Road 400.0 feet; thence southerly along the east boundary line <br /> of the Northwest 1/4 to the point of beginning. <br /> The land to be rezoned is a 5.0 acre parcel which is a part of a larger parcel.
