This proposed removal of previous conditions is within the Mount Horeb urban <br /> service area; however, it does not have urban services. By village policy it cannot receive urban <br /> services unless it is annexed to the village. <br /> The current conditions require that the property be limited to auto and truck sales and service. <br /> While this condition limits the re-use of this facility, the complete removal of the conditions would <br /> allow any of the permitted uses in the C-2 District. The C-2 District allows the heaviest and most <br /> intense commercial uses, as well as many industrial uses which would be incompatible at this <br /> location. <br /> Some adjustment of the conditions may be in order; however, complete removal of all conditions <br /> could cause conflicts in this area which is a main entrance to the village. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (septic, etc.) <br /> DANE COUNTY HIGHWAY <br /> Probably no objections, unless the deed restriction is related to right-of-way. <br /> OTHER <br />
