DANE COUNTY Page 1 of 2 <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #1183 <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD <br /> PURSUANT TO SECTION 10.255 (2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF <br /> ORDINANCES DOES HEREBY: <br /> GRANT the conditional use permit subject to conditions. <br /> FOR: Religious Use - Religious meetings & storage of church <br /> assets. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: 09/27/94 EXPIRATION DATE: SEE BELOW <br /> THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 35, Town of Madison described as <br /> follows: Lot #4, Hammersley Heights Plat, Section 35, Town of <br /> Madison. <br /> CONDITIONS <br /> These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, <br /> any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for <br /> revocation of this permit. <br /> 1. A maximum of 2 automobiles may be parked or stored on the <br /> property. This restriction pertains to the entire property <br /> subject to this permit and includes the attached garage <br /> area. Other parking necessitated by the use shall be <br /> accommodated on the adjacent, existing, church property. <br /> 2 . All parking for church related functions shall be maintained <br /> on the church property. <br /> 3. Outdoor meetings are prohibited. <br /> 4. Amplified sound systems for microphones, loudspeakers or <br /> musical instruments are prohibited. <br /> 5. The existing fence located on the primary church property <br /> along the East property line of this site shall be <br /> maintained as specified by CUP #462 except that a pedestrian <br /> opening to access this site may be provided. <br /> 6. Church functions on this site are limited to the hours from <br /> 8:00 AM until 9:30 PM. <br />
