Before <br /> proceeding in the zoning process, we wish to clarify that such rezoning is <br /> consistent with the policies contained in the Town of Westport's Land Use Plan. <br /> I anticipate that the County will consider and take appropriate action on <br /> such Land Use District Amendment within the next month or two. Thereafter, I <br /> will notify you when we are prepared to resume the zoning process with respect to <br /> the above-referenced Zoning Petition. <br /> Please feel free to call me if you have any questions or other problems.
