1 7 <br /> L . • <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6057 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Westport <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Westport be amended to <br /> include in the R-1, RH-1 and R-1A Residential District/s the <br /> following described land: <br /> Pet. #6057: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 12, Town of Westport described as <br /> follows: Lot #4, CSM 5499 found in Volume 25, Page 95 of Certified <br /> Survey Maps Dane County Register of Deeds Offiice. <br /> R-1 <br /> Commencing at the northeasterly corner of Lot 3, Certified Survey <br /> Map 5499; thence east 170 feet to the point of beginning. Thence <br /> continue east 120 feet; thence northeasterly along the westerly <br /> right-of-way of River Road 240 feet; thence west 250 feet; thence <br /> south 200 feet to the point of beginning. This parcel contains <br /> 39, 000 square feet. <br /> RH-1 <br /> Commencing at the north 1/4 corner of said section 12, thence eastt <br /> 310 feet to the point of beginning. Thence continue east 642 feet; <br /> thence southwesterly along the westerly right-of-way of River Road <br /> 190 feet; thence west 530 feet; thence north 165 feet to the point <br /> of beginning.
