Two copies of the recorded <br /> survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> The amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its <br /> adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall <br /> record the following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1 . All conditions incorporated in the Town of Westport Resolution # <br /> 95-21 and # 95-26A. <br /> 2 . Approval only of CSM as shown in Resolution #95-26A <br /> 3.
