We would like to amend this <br /> petition to rezone only approximately 5. 42 acres , more or less. <br /> The description would read as follows : <br /> A parcel of land located in the SE4 of the NW* and the NE4 <br /> of the SW4 of section 13, T7N , R10E, Town of Blooming Grove , <br /> Dane County, Wisconsin , bounded and described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the north 4 corner of said section 13; thence <br /> So°58' 41"E along the West line of the NE/ of Section 13 a <br /> distance of 2668. 86 feet to the center 4 corner of said section <br /> 13; thence continuing SOO°42 '12"W along said railroad right- <br /> of-way line 379. 90 feet to the point of beginning; <br /> Thence continuing S75°42 '12"W along said railroad right-of- <br /> way line 713.5 feet ; thence NO°52 ' 15"W along the west line <br /> of the NE4 of the SW4 of said section 13 a distance of 460. 75 <br /> feet. EastHat this point 90°0 '. for 423. 42 ' . Thence northeast <br /> along a line of 30°0' for 69.25 ' .
