The description would read as follows : A parcel of land located in the SE4 of the NW* and the NE4 of the SW4 of section 13, T7N , R10E, Town of Blooming Grove , Dane County, Wisconsin , bounded and described as follows: Commencing at the north 4 corner of said section 13; thence So°58' 41"E along the West line of the NE/ of Section 13 a distance of 2668. 86 feet to the center 4 corner of said section 13; thence continuing SOO°42 '12"W along said railroad right- of-way line 379. 90 feet to the point of beginning; Thence continuing S75°42 '12"W along said railroad right-of- way line 713.5 feet ; thence NO°52 ' 15"W along the west line of the NE4 of the SW4 of said section 13 a distance of 460. 75 feet. EastHat this point 90°0 '. for 423. 42 ' . Thence northeast along a line of 30°0' for 69.25 ' . Thence at this point S33° 26' for 289. 75 ' to point of beginning containing 5 .42 acres more or less . We also have to go before the Blooming Grove Board for a hearing on Tuesday , October 25th , the same date as our zoning & natural resources committee work/decision meeting . We would like to have you put this on hold until your next meeting, provided the outcome of the Blooming Grove Board decision is favorable. We will keep you informed.
