Storage of construction equipment necessary for the <br /> operation of a general, mechanical or landscape <br /> contracting business limited to a maximum of 12 pieces of <br /> equipment which may be stored in the total LC-1 zoned <br /> area comprised of this rezone and the adjacent existing <br /> 200' X 100' LC-1 area. <br /> 3 . Outside storage of materials and supplies used by a <br /> contractor in fulfilling contracts and not offered for <br /> sale to a user or consumer. <br /> 4 . A single family residence for an owner or caretaker of <br /> the business. <br /> These restrictions shall constitute covenants running with the <br /> land and shall be binding upon all parties now owning any part <br /> of said land, their successors, heirs and assigns, and all <br /> parties holding under them unless, pursuant to paragraphs 5 or <br /> 6 of this instrument, said restrictions are amended or <br /> terminated. <br />
