Such <br /> result cannot be alleviated when implementing this type of zoning. <br /> Most of the pre-existing parcels are currently nonconforming <br /> (substandard) in the A-1 Exclusive District and parcel sizes have <br /> been reviewed on the basis of the assement roll listings or scaled <br /> from our maps, some margin of error must be expected. The proposed <br /> zonings are as appropriate for each parcel as is possible. <br />
