The restriction limits the residential use on the <br /> respective parcels to a triplex (3 unit) dwelling and requires that <br /> an appropriate document be recorded with the Register of Deeds <br /> office, not later than 02/15/95, to effectuate the zoning. <br /> I have enclosed a restriction document for each of the gentlemen to <br /> use if they so desire, or they may employ an attorney to do the <br /> recording for them. A copy of the recorded document must be <br /> submitted to Dane County Zoning so that we are aware the zoning is <br /> effective and can update our files and maps. <br />
