. 1 ' <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6072 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> York <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of York be amended to include <br /> in the RH-2 Rural Homes District/s the following described land: <br /> Pet. #6072 : <br /> Part of the S 1/2 SE 1/4 of Section 6, Town of York, described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 6; <br /> thence West along the South line of said Southeast quarter of <br /> Section 6, 1419 feet; thence N 07° East, 51 feet to the point of <br /> beginning; thence continue N 07° East, 480 feet; thence S 48° Esat, <br /> 400 feet; thence S 80° East, 115 feet; thence S 18° West, along a <br /> road right-of-way, 140 feet; thence S 52° West along a road right- <br /> of-way, 50 feet; thence S 82° West along a road right-of-way, 170 <br /> feet; thence West along CTH right-of-way, 220 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. 255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds.
