DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO.,6073 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Blue Mounds <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Blue Mounds be amended to <br /> include in the RH-2 Rural Homes and A-2 (2) Agriculture District/s <br /> the following described land: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 and SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 19, Town of <br /> Blue Mounds described as follows: <br /> RH-2: The East 650 feet of the North 300 ' of the SW 1/4 SE <br /> 1/4; and all that part of the North 300 ' of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 lying <br /> West of the centerline of CTH Z; all in Section 19, Town of Blue <br /> Mounds. <br /> TO A-2 (2) : Commencing at the South quarter corner of said <br /> Section 19; thence N 00° 11' East along the North-South quarter <br /> line 464 . 25 feet; thence S 89° 22 ' 12" East 690. 28 feet to the <br /> point of beginning; thence N 02° 26 ' West 356. 65 feet; thence S 78° , <br /> 43 ' East 310. 00 feet; thence S 02° 26 ' East 221. 92 feet; thence S <br /> 76° 04 ' 32" West 307 . 32 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. 255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description for RH-2 is intended to describe land <br /> for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will <br /> because the rezone to be null and void. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption <br /> by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land: <br /> (A) The residence in the A-2 (2) zoned area shall be located within <br /> 50 ' of the woods. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of land within 300 feet <br /> of the site.
