This proposed separation of a farm residence and construction of a "Bed and <br /> Breakfast" is in an agricultural preservation area of the Town of Blue Mounds. <br /> The separation of the farm residence is clearly consistent. <br /> The relevant policy for the Bed and Breakfast is: "Home businesses in the Agriculture <br /> Preservation District will be reviewed on the basis of their present and probable future impact on <br /> surrounding lands." <br /> To the extent that a bed and breakfast is a home occupation, this may be consistent. The only <br /> other residence in the immediate area is a converted cheese factory on the B-1 parcel to the <br /> north. <br /> The site does not conflict with agricultural preservation policies. <br /> If approved, it should be limited to the four guest rooms proposed. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (septic, etc.) <br /> DANE COUNTY HIGHWAY <br /> CTH Z is not controlled access highway.
