Approve rezoning of the Frank Gaukel property located in the NE 1/4 of Section 3, Roxbury <br /> Township as indicated on survey map 94W-234 drawn by Williamson Survey Co. This specifically <br /> includes a parcel adjacent to Schoepp Road in the NW corner of the NE 1/4 of Section 3 zoned <br /> B-1 to allow construction of a convenience store to serve an adjacent campground and mobile <br /> home park; a parcel also adjacent to Schoepp Road zoned RE-1 to be granted a conditional use <br /> permit to operate a recreational campground from April 1 to November 1;and a parcel zoned R-4, <br /> that generally runs North and South touching on Schoepp Road and Fish Lake, to be granted a <br /> conditional use permit to operate a recreational mobile home park with maximum trailer occupancy <br /> of 100 from April 1 to November 1. Only recreational mobile homes will be allowed in the parcel <br /> zoned R-4. It is our expectation that the conditions detailed in Chapter 10 of the Dane County <br /> Code of Ordinances will be followed. <br /> 2.
