DR <br /> form): <br /> 1. The above described real estate shall be used only for a recreational mobile <br /> home park for so long as said real estate shall be zoned R-4. <br /> 2. The maximum number of mobile homes allowed to be placed on the above <br /> described real estate shall be limited to 100 for so long as said real estate shall be <br /> zoned R-4. <br /> 3. The mobile homes placed on the above described real estate shall only be <br /> occupied from April 1 to November 1 of each year, and any mobile home park <br /> located upon said real estate shall only be operated from April 1 to November 1 of <br /> each year. <br /> 12-20-94 Asst. Zoning Administrator Steve Reynolds informs Gaukel's agent, Ken <br /> Kearney that DR as recorded 12-15-94 does not satisfy requirements; must"go to" <br /> Town, County, and owners within 300' as per official Zoning Dept. form. <br /> 12-23-94 Amended Deed Restriction recorded (Doc # 2651962) with corrections <br /> as per Reynolds; still lists same 3 DR items. <br /> 01-02-95 Town Board action approving amended rezone; <br /> Effective Date of Rezone 6083. <br /> 01-11-95 Letter from Gaukel's attorney, Pulsfus, asking if Amended Deed <br /> Restriction recorded 12-23-94 is OK. Note on letter in Zoning Administrator Bill Fleck's <br /> handwriting: "DR OK [check] status of town action on amended rezone." <br />
