DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6085 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> York <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of York be amended to include <br /> in the A-2 (2) Agriculture District/s the following described land: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 21, Town of York described as <br /> follows: Starting at Southwest corner of said SE 1/4 SE 1/4; <br /> thence North along West line of SE 1/4 SE 1/4 483 feet ± to the <br /> point of beginning; thence East 550 feet; thence North 180 feet ± <br /> to South right-of-way line of Kindschi Road; thence West 550 to <br /> West line of SE 1/4 SE 1/4; thence South along West to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption <br /> by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land: <br /> (A) The rezoned area shall not be separated from the 40 acre, more <br /> or less, parcel. <br /> (B) Only one residence is permitted on the 40 acre, more or less, <br /> parcel. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of land within 300 feet <br /> of the site.
