This proposed drive-up/fast food restaurant is part of a reconstruction of an existing <br /> gas station in the commercial portion of the Windsor urban service area. We note there is only <br /> access to CTH CV and no access to STH 19. This proposal appears reasonably consistent with <br /> plans for the area. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (septic, etc.) <br /> DANE COUNTY HIGHWAY <br /> CTH CV is a controlled access highway. Parcel has an existing commercial driveway and unless <br /> traffic volumes are projected to increase substantially, no changes should be necessary. <br /> OTHER <br />
