DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6086 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Dunkirk <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunkirk be amended to <br /> include in the A-2 Agriculture District/s the following described <br /> land: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 3 , Town of Dunkirk described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 3 ; <br /> thence S 01° 08 ' 34" East along the East line of said Section, 4 . 69 <br /> feet to the point of beginning; thence continue S 01° 08 ' 34" East <br /> along said line, 66. 36 feet; thence N 85° 12 ' 12" West, 988 . 74 <br /> feet; thence S 05° 54 ' 12" West, 197 . 85 feet; thence S 89° 29 ' 13" <br /> West, 1000. 00 feet; thence N 05° 54 ' 12" East, 679. 79 feet; thence <br /> N 89° 29 ' 13" East, 1000. 00 feet; thence S 05° 54 ' 12" West, 415. 92 <br /> feet; thence S 85° 12 ' 12" East, 980. 60 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. 255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption <br /> by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land: <br /> (A) A residence may not be constructed on the 28 acres, more or <br /> less, that is proposed to be separated from the A-2 zoned <br /> area. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of land within 300 feet <br /> of the site. Failure to record the restrictions will cause the <br /> rezone to be null and void. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: <br /> DEC 2 1 1994 <br /> (ZNRPH.REZ) <br />
