September 2, 1994 <br /> Dane County Land Regulation & Records <br /> Room 116, City-County Building <br /> Madison, Wisconsin 53709 <br /> Subject: Rezoning of 3957 Ruth Court <br /> To Dane County Zoning Board: <br /> Suzanne and I reside at 3957 Ruth Court in McFarland, this property <br /> is located on lot 6 of the babcock park subdivision in the town of <br /> Dunn. We are asking for rezoning from R2 to R3. <br /> We are seeking rezoning because the proposed addition to our raised <br /> ranch fails by 2 .9 feet on the right side corner (see enclosed lot <br /> survey map) to maintain the necessary 75 feet lot width setback. <br /> We have explored, without success possible redesigns to achieve our <br /> building goals, but with the original placement of the house on the <br /> lot, being located on a cul de sac and having a sloped lot do not <br /> make it feasible. <br /> In rezoning to R3 we will be well within the 60 feet setback.
