Bowman, Board of Adjustment <br /> DATE: June 5, 1995 <br /> As you are probably aware Mr. Robert Bowman did apply for a rezoning petition# 6090 <br /> which was subsequently vetoed by the County Executive and then brought back to the <br /> County Board at which time an overide of the veto failed. Mr. Bowman has recently <br /> applied for an administrtaive appeal relative to the interpretation of the Dane County <br /> Zoning Ordinance. Mr. Bowman's letters to me and my responses are attached as well as <br /> his specific application to the Board of Adjustment outlining the provisions of the <br /> ordinance which he is appealing. <br /> I realize the constraints on your time however I would certainly appreciate your opinions <br /> regarding the provisions he is appealing. The Board of Adjustment will be meeting on June <br /> 22, 1995 however it would be beneficial to have something in writing a week prior to their <br /> meeting date. <br /> Your consideration of this matter is greatly appreciated. <br />
