DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6090 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Cross Plains <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cross Plains be amended to <br /> include in the RH-2 and RH-4 Rural Homes District/s the following <br /> described land: <br /> TO RH-2: Commencing at the Northeast corner of Section 12; <br /> thence South along the East line of said Section, 1310.965 feet; <br /> thence West along the North line of the-- SE 1/4 NE 1/4 of said <br /> Section, 1170 feet more or less to the point of beginning; thence <br /> continuing West, 150 feet more or less to the Northwest corner of <br /> htee SE 1/4 NE 1/4 of said Section; thence South along the West <br /> line of said quarter Section, 1383 feet more or less to the <br /> centerline of Rocky Dell Road; thence Easterly along the centerline <br /> of Rocky Dell Road; 150 feet more or less; thence North, 1390 feet <br /> more or less to the point of beginning. <br /> TO RH-4: Commencing at the Northeast corner of Section 12; <br /> thence South, 1310. 96 feet to the point of beginning; thence West <br /> along the North line of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 of said Section, 1170 <br /> feet more or less; thence South parallel to the West line of said <br /> quarter Section, to the centerline of Rocky Dell Road, 1390 feet <br /> more or less; thence Northeasterly along the centerline of Rocky <br /> Dell Road to the Southwest corner of Lot #2, CSM 1008; thence N 55° <br /> 14 ' West, 150. 00 feet; thence N 34° 45 ' East, 50. 00 feet; thence N <br /> 55° 15 ' West, 30. 00 feet; thence N 34° 45 ' East, 200. 00 feet; <br /> thence S 55° 15 ' East, 30. 00 feet; thence N 34° 45 ' East, 333 . 32 <br /> feet; thence North ,239 feet more or less to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. 255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REOUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will <br /> cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: <br /> (ZNRPH.REZ) <br />
