The Town of Vienna Plan Committee met on <br /> the request June 21st and again on Julu 6th. • <br /> The Town of Vienna Plan Committee drafted a contract with Mr. <br /> • Kittleson and the Operator (Calvin Ziegler- Madison Sand and <br /> c3ravel) and made a recommendation that the request be approved <br /> subject to a signed contract which would be conditions of the <br /> conditional use permit. • <br /> The Vienna Board reviewed the final version of the proposed <br /> contract at their meeting on July 9th. The Board voted to support <br /> the conditional use permit request with the contract being <br /> conditions on the conditional use permit. The Town's public <br /> hearing on the request was held July 6th and had no person that <br /> appeared in opposition to the request. <br /> Please give our recommendations to the committee. The Town asks <br /> that the request (CUP #1084) be granted with the enclosed <br /> contract conditions added.
