We are 7oned RH-2 which by county zoning regulations allows one animal unit per full acre . Currently, however , a deed restriction imposed on our lot limits livestock to horses and llamas . We would like to amend that restriction to allow animals other than horses and llamas at one quarter animal unit nor acre . We would like to maintain the current level for horses and llamas . We have two boys enrolled in 4-11 fer (-• and 4 vear , respectively. We feel that amending the deed restriction would allow them to participate in a fuller range of animal Projects )art of their 4-H experience . We have oone before the Westport Plan Commission on an informal basis and this meets their approval . Also . we have contacted our adjacent neighbors and have letters from them endorsing thi?, change . The other land adjacent to our property is soned agricultural and is currently used or livestock production ( cattle ) . With the slope of our land and the wooded fencelines , no oe has a view of our rear yard unless, they ,cm: onto our land .
