We are concerned that many things have not been <br /> done the correct way and we are asking you to look into the matter. We called the Chairman of the <br /> Board to ask for a copy of the Environmental Check List and also the Certified Engineer Report - <br /> and the response we received was "neither have been done - and that the Environmental Check List <br /> is not a requirement." Is this correct? <br /> Another thing we are concerned with is that the father, Don Endres,has a 120 acre farm. He already <br /> has two homes on his farm and now this will make a third home. The Springfield Land Use Plan <br /> (copy is attached) states that you must have 35 acres to build a home on. How can this farmer give <br /> 1.3 acres to his son to build and rezone it non-agricultural. Does that mean that Mr.Endres will now <br /> have a farm of approximately 119 acres and that he can keeping building homes for his children in <br /> this fashion? <br /> Please help us!
