This proposal to replace a single family residence is in an agricultural preservation area. <br /> The proposal is to replace the house on the A-2(2) parcel with a new house. If the old house is removed, <br /> there should be no real change or impact. <br /> Since the area is less than 35 acres, the balance of the land must be zoned A-2. Because the A-2 District <br /> allows a single family home, the larger area with the stable should be conditionally rezoned to prevent <br /> construction of an additional house. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPT.
