Amendment to #5704 <br /> Amend Petition #5704 to require a Restrictive Covenant with the <br /> Certified Survey requiring: <br /> 1) A Driveway Permit from the Town of Westport to obtain access to <br /> River Road for Proposed Lot #2 . <br /> 2) A sewer easement and right to connect to the private interceptor <br /> system through proposed Lot 1 with cost to be paid by proposed <br /> lot 2 . <br /> 3) The R-4 zoned lands (proposed lot 1) are restricted to a maximum <br /> number of (4) four units. <br />
