The parcel is located in the Northwest corner of Northeast <br /> 1/4of the Northeast 1/4 Section 24 in the To of Dane, tax parcel number <br /> 11-0908-241-8000-9. <br /> The description of the parcel is as follows: <br /> PMT ?0 5 <br /> Commence at the NW corner of the NE 1/4of the NE 1/4 Section 24- 8-W - <br /> survey South 611 ' , thence East 230.5' , thence North 200' , thence West 130.5' , <br /> thence North 411 ' , thence West 100' to point of beginning. <br /> There would be a single family two story house with full basement and <br /> attached garage built on the site. Construction would begin on aproximatly <br /> 1 August, 1993, and be completed on or about 31 December the same year. <br /> A major part of this land is and has been pasture for most of the last <br /> 30 years.
