A I <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5702 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> BLUE MOUNDS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Blue Mounds <br /> be amended to include in the A-2 Agriculture District the following described <br /> 1 and: <br /> Pet. #5702: <br /> Part of the S 1/2 SE 1/4 of Section 34, Town of Blue Mounds described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the South 1/4 corner of Section 34; thence N 64° 16' <br /> 09" E 1643.95 feet; thence N 50° 40' East 45.83 feet to the point of beginning; <br /> thence N 39° 30 ' 21 " West 46.82 feet; thence N 31 ° 14 ' 33" East 230.40 feet; <br /> thence N 22° 36' 22" West 66.42 feet; thence N 03° 54' 42" West 212.18 feet; <br /> thence N 69° 26' 25" West 61 .86 feet; thence 50° West 700 feet; thence West 360 <br /> feet along the center of a town road; thence South 240 feet; thence West 440 <br /> feet; thence S 10° East 600 feet to the center of Blue Valley Road; thence N <br /> 64° East 1550 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
