Resolution 93-24 (Zoning Petition 5706 - R-1 to B-1 & CUP 1089 - <br /> dormitory, Adult Christian Education Foundation, River Road) was <br /> adopted with the following conditions on a motion by Mr. Van <br /> Dinter, second Mr . Grosskopf . The zoning conditions are to include <br /> (1) a deed restriction to allow the business college facility, <br /> public use of the library and offices for. the Adult Christian <br /> Education Foundation , (2) area of rezone to include the building, <br /> parking area , proposed accessory building for lawn/yard maintenance <br /> equipment and any proposed recreation facility (subject to Town <br /> approval) , (3) area of rezone to include the existing sign that is <br /> restricted to a maximum size of 10 ' x 3 ' , allows advertising of an <br /> on premise use only with lighting restricted to the existing two. <br /> The conditional use restrictions are to include a limitation on <br /> roomers/boarders to allow only students , faculty or resident <br /> caretaker of the business college . <br />
