O 9 ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 57:o9 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> ALBION <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: . That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Albion be amended to include in the R-3A <br /> Residential District the following described land: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 5, Town of Albion described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Section 5; thence South along the <br /> East line of said quarter quarter, 209 feet; thence West, 209 feet; thence <br /> North, 209 feet to the North line of said quarter quarter; thence East along <br /> said North line, 209 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) <br /> of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to <br /> the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description is intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to <br /> record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane <br /> County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions <br /> on said land: <br /> A. Wilbert and Shirley Knickmeier shall reside for a period of not less <br /> than one year in the residence which is proposed to be constructed on <br /> this property. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the, pertinent Town <br /> Board as well as the owners of the land. Failure to record the restrictions <br /> will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> EFFECTIVE DAT Ok\ekl* <br />
