This proposed commercial catering service conflicts with the adopted plan for this area <br /> which indicates this is a residential area within the Windsor urban service area. <br /> This area is planned for single family residential development in the Windsor Land Use Plan. The <br /> surrounding uses are primarily residential, with a park and church to the east and southeast. <br /> This site is at the end of a dead end street and all trips to and from this site would have to pass through <br /> residential areas. Any C-1 commercial use would be incompatible at this location. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPT.
