10-0'1-93 10:09 DANE CO TREASURER 608 266 4154 911 P02 <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5710 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> WINDSOR <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Windsor be amended to include in the C-i <br /> Commercial District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5710: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 29, Town of Windsor described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the intersection of the North line of said SW 1/4 NW 1/4 with the <br /> Easterly right of way line of the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific <br /> Railroad Company, said point being 1320 feet North, measured along said <br /> Easterly right-of-way line of the center line of Main Street in the Village of <br /> Windsor; thence East along the North line of said SW 1/4 NW 1/4, 181 .5 feet; <br /> thence South 281 feet; thence West to the Easterly right-of-way line of said <br /> Roadroad, thence North along said Easterly line to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional Zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3) (a)2.(b) of <br /> the Dane County Code of Ordinances.
