ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5711 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DEERFIELD <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Deerfield be amended to include in the RH-2 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5711 : <br /> Part of W 1/2 SW 1/4 Section 4 and E 1/2 SE 1/4 Section 5, Town of Deerfield <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 4; <br /> thence S 88° 53' East along the South line of said SW 1/4 of Section 4, 525.00 <br /> feet; thence N 00° 50' 10" East 858.01 feet; thence N 78° 11 ' 30" West 280 <br /> feet; thence N 10° West, 25 feet along the East side of Nesheim Road; thence N <br /> 22° 25' 09" West along the East line of said Nesheim Road, 35.03 feet; thence N <br /> 01 ° 54' 43" West, along the East line of Nesheim Road, 37.81 feet; thence N 10° <br /> 15 ' 22" West along the East line of Nesheim Road, 530.99 feet; thence N 71° 24 ' <br /> East, 250 feet; thence S 18° 36' East 750 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
