ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5713 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> WESTPORT <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> - Zoning District Maps of the Town of Westport be amended to include in the A-B <br /> Agri-Business and R-1 Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5713: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 31 , Town of Westport described as follows: <br /> TO A-B: Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 31 ; thence S <br /> 89" 29 ' 27" West 384.00 feet; thence N 00° 30 ' 33" West, 175.64 feet to the <br /> point of beginning; thence continue N 00° 30' 33" West, 467.00 feet; thence S <br /> 89° 29 ' 27" West 347.00 feet; thence S 00° 30' 33" East, 281 .00 feet; thence S <br /> 05° 43' 53" East, 186.76 feet; thence N 89° 29 ' 27" East 330.00 feet to the <br /> point of beginning. Also, Lot #2, Certified Survey Map #5869 found in Volume <br /> 27, Page 337 of Certified-Survey Maps Dane County Register of Deeds Office. TO <br /> R-1 : Lot #3, Certified Survey Map #5869 found in Volume 27, Page 337 of <br /> Certified Survey Maps Dane County Register of Deeds Office. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED: <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane <br /> County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions <br /> on said land: <br /> A) . Use shall be limited to the raising and and sale of flowers and green <br /> plants, sale of vases, pots, floral arrangements and floral supplies. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town <br /> Board as well as the owners of the land. Failure to record the restrictions <br /> will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: _NOV 2 2 1 <br />
