ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5714 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DUNN <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunn be amended to include in the RH-1 <br /> Rural Homes and R-1 Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5714: <br /> Part of the N 1/2 SE 1/4 and SE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 31 , Town of Dunn described <br /> 4 as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Plat of Rolling Prairie; <br /> thence N 87° Wst 1025 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue N 87° <br /> West 240.00 feet along the centerline of Rutland-Dunn Town Line Road; thence N <br /> 03° East 170; thence S 87° East 240 feet, thence S 03° West 170 feet to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
