ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5714 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DUNN <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunn be amended to include in the RH-1 <br /> Rural Homes and R-1 Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5714: <br /> Part of the N 1/2 SE 1/4 and SE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 31 , Town of Dunn described <br /> as follows: TO R-1 : Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Plat of Rolling <br /> Prairie; thence N 8/° West 1025 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue <br /> N 87° West 240.00 feet along the centerline of Rutland-Dunn Town Line Road; <br /> thence N 03° East 170; thence S 87° East 240 feet, thence S 03° West 170 feet <br /> to the point of beginning. TO RH-1 : Commencing at the Southwest corner of the <br /> Plat of Rolling Prairie; thence N 87° 38' West 1265.00 feet to the point of <br /> beginning; thence continue N 87° 38 ' West 155.26 feet along the centerline of <br /> Rutland-Dunn Townline Road thence N 00° 51 ' 20" West 455.5 feet, thence S 87° <br /> 37 ' East 150 feet, thence S 02° 22 ' West 445 .5 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> Also, commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 31 ; thence N 02° <br /> 10' 00" East 611 .70 feet along the East line of Section 31 and the centerline <br /> of Sand Hill Road to the point of beginning; thence N 87° 50' 00" West 400.00 <br /> feet; thence S 02° 10' 00" West 212.00 feet; thence N 87° 50'00" West 64.13 <br /> feet, thence along the centerline of Badfish Creek on a curve to the left, the <br /> radius is 954.93 feet, the long chord is N 37° 55' 52" West 14.02 feet, thence <br /> continue along said creek centerline N 38° 19 ' 52" West 308.09 feet; thence N <br /> 87 ° 50' 00' East 673.23 feet; thence S 02° 10' 00" West 33.00 feet along the <br /> East line of Section 31 to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
