TOWN BOARD ACTION REPORT V <br /> REGARDING ZONING PETITION # 5715 PUBLIC HEARING 8/10/93 <br /> Whereas , the Town Board of the Town of Rutland <br /> having considered said zoning petition, be it therefore resolved that <br /> said petition is hereby (Approved/n; r.r^ r. &) . <br /> SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br /> (Cross out or write "none" if you do not wish to place any conditions) <br /> NONE <br /> (Use reverse side if additional space is required) . <br /> PLEASE NOTE: If the proposed rezoning is approved by the Town Board, <br /> but said rezone does not comply with the Town Land Use Plan, please <br /> list the reasons for the approval . These reasons can be a critical <br /> factor for both the Zoning Committee and the County Board in their <br /> consideration of the rezone. <br /> This property was viewed by the Planning Commission. The Commission <br /> worked with Mr. Combs to come up with a proposal which would have the <br /> least impact on agriculture; this included down-sizing the site size <br /> and moving the driveway to the south edge of the property. It is Mr. <br /> Combs ' intention to keep the majority of the parcel in a hay crop.
