It is proposed that this land will be brought back into <br /> agricultural production or another productive use upon restoration. <br /> 2. The pit area will be cleared of all debris and be left in a workmanlike <br /> manner prior to restoration. <br /> 3. The topsoil and overburden materials from the original site that were <br /> placed in temporary stockpiles will be returned to the pit in their normal <br /> sequence and then sloped and shaped to blend with the surrounding <br /> topography. <br /> 4. All final slopes shall be no less than 3:1. <br /> 5. All final slopes and pit areas shall be seeded and mulched with <br /> recommended mixtures. <br /> Adjoining Property Owners: <br /> It is agreed that Clint Weninger, geologist, representing Edward Kraemer & Sons, Inc. <br /> has met with and explained the above zoning request with Darlene Ballweg, an <br /> adjoining property owner immediately to the north of the subject property, and that <br /> said property owner does not have any objections to the zoning request.
