ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5719 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> PERRY <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Perry be amended to include in the RH-3 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5719: <br /> Part of the W 1/2 NE 1/4 and SE 1/4 NE 1 /4 Section 31 , Town of Perry described <br /> as follows: Beginning at the center of Drammen Valley Road 275 feet Northerly <br /> of the center of Section 31 ; thence Northerly along the road 1 ,000 feet, thence <br /> East 242 feet along an existing property line; thence North 126 feet; thence N <br /> 66° East 560 feet to Berg Road; thence East along Berg Road 80 feet; thence S <br /> 10° West 520 feet; thence S 65° West 210 feet; thence S 30° West 800 feet to <br /> the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
