This site was previously reviewed and approved with conditions (Petition #5446). Now the <br /> proposal is to shift the property boundary to provide for a change to the deed restriction. <br /> There is a house on this parcel; therefore, no additional development is allowed. The fencing requirement <br /> was in response to a neighborhood concern.
