4 <br /> A, • <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5725 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> SUN PRAIRIE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Sun Prairie be amended to include in the <br /> RH-3 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> s <br /> Pet. #5726: <br /> Part of the S 1/2 SE 1/4 Section 31 , Town of Sun Prairie described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southeast corner of Section 31 ; thence N 01 ° 43 ' 26" West <br /> 337.5 feet to the North right-of-way line of I-90 and the point of beginning; <br /> thence continue N 01 ° 43 ' 26" west 750 feet along the centerline of Norton <br /> Road, thence S 85° 06 ' West 208.75 feet, thence N 01 ° 24' West 233.75 feet, <br /> thence S 85° 06' 00" West 912.55 feet, thence S 01° 24 ' East 314 feet along the <br /> East line of CSM 2938, thence S 80° 56' West 218.66 feet along the South line <br /> of said survey, thence SO1° 24 ' East 238 feet along the East line of CSM #3319, <br /> thence continue along the boundary of said CSM #3319 the following courses: S <br /> 88° 36' West 232 feet, thence N 01 ° 24 ' West 160 feet, thence N 53° 48 ' East <br /> 133.10 feet, thence N 01 ° 24 ' West 324.35 feet, thence departing from said CSM <br /> #3319 boundary West 550 feet more or less, thence South 1300 feet more or less <br /> to the North right-of-way line of I-90, thence Northeasterly 2080 feet more or <br /> less along said I-90 right-of-way line to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane <br /> County Board, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: DEC 2 7 1993 <br />
